The CEASA National Council undertakes a routine biennial election. In accordance with the CEASA Constitution, the Presidential and Vice Presidential office bearers of each term must be elected from a different region to those currently holding these posts. Branch Chairpersons and one other from each branch are entitled to a seat on the National Council.
